About The Integrative Birth Collective

We are a collective of passionate, progressive, and experienced doulas who believe that—with the right support—your pregnancy and birth can be an enlivening transition that allows for deep introspection, transformation, and healing.

 

We approach the maternity experience with a contemporary outlook: Our doula model of care integrates evidence-based research and education with yoga, energy work, massage, nutritional guidance, and other bio-dynamic modalities.

 

We provide full spectrum maternity support , so whether you're trying to conceive, are already pregnant, or have recently given birth, we can help guide you on your journey towards parenthood.

 

We understand that every parent is unique, and we tailor our services to meet the needs of individual clients for birthing in hospital, birth center, or at home.

 

We'll support you no matter where you choose to birth, help you navigate that birth environment, and assist you in making decisions that feel right for you and your partner, whether delivering naturally, using an epidural, or having a cesarean birth.

 

We respect your intuition, believe in your body, and affirm your ability to have an empowering birth and an enriching parenting experience, on your own terms.

 

Our role as doulas is to bear witness to that process and ensure that you feel supported and informed every step of the way.

 

We serve all cities within the County of Los Angeles, and are available for telephone or virtual consultations as well as interstate or international travel.

 

We are also available for speaking engagements.
